Madevin develops building projects at its own risk and expense and in collaboration with others. The projects range from luxury nostalgic office villas to the realisation of residential property and apartment complexes in the Netherlands and abroad.
Madevin strives to distinguish itself from similar businesses by delivering residential property and apartments with an original, stylish, luxurious and at times classical finishing. Madevin mostly focuses on city-centre redevelopment. In this respect, the primary aim lies not so much on profit maximisation, but more on a successful realisation of innovative redevelopment. The projects Laakcenter and Haagste Veste in The Hague and the realised office villas in Zoetermeer show that innovation in the Randstad conurbation is a necessary benefit.
